We are a small, independent mail order shop, based in the UK, selling a unique range of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) items.

We are happy to accept your order through this website. We no longer take orders by phone or email.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please use a DEBIT or MAESTRO CARD whenever possible as this incurs a much lower charge to us. If not possible, we will happily accept your payment by CREDIT card or PAYPAL. PayPal gives you the option to make your payment without using your card online, and you can shop with us even if you do not have a debit or credit card. However, we would like to be clear that we consider all payment methods totally secure. See the SECURE PAYMENT section below for more details.

To pay for your order go to 'CHECKOUT' in the top right hand corner.

When you reach the final payment screen you can choose to pay in pounds, euros or dollars.

SECURE PAYMENT: Your payment will be processed at the totally secure WorldPay terminal. This provides a fully encrypted and highly secure way to pay. Using your card in this payment system is safer than almost every card transaction you do in physical form!

PRICES AND DELIVERY: We are a tiny business, compared to the giants of online shops, such as Amazon. Even so, we do our best to closely match Amazon's prices.
